25 Year-End Reflection Questions For Emotional Wellness

Listen to the podcast episode reflecting on 2022 and planning for 2023:

Reflective Questions To Help You Review This Past Year

The end of one year and the beginning of the next brings a time for a fresh start and renewed motivation for your goals.  A lot happens in a year!  Although it can seem to fly by, it is so important to be able to review and reflect upon what worked for you and what didn’t in the past year.

Year-end reflection questions are a perfect way to do that.  Journal prompts and questions can help you think about things in a way you may not have considered before.  Additionally, they can help you begin to understand yourself and your past better.

Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.

Why You Need To Review Your Year

Conducting a year-end review is an excellent way to understand the ebbs and flows of your life.  Whether you consider yourself to have had a great year or a horrible year: there are always lessons to be learned and ups and downs to every experience.

Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

I have used the website Future Me to do so and I highly suggest you check it out! It allows you to send an email to yourself at any date in the future and it's free!
