Never knew about til a girlfriend said i might struggle from high functioning anxiety and seems as tho i have every system or talltail sign of high functioning anxiety and want to over come feel more confident within vbecause to everone i know i an everything you said friends and family see on the outside i will continue to strive for a better me from within thank you for making these videos

Great job Tati! However, regular anxiety comes and goes. Anxiety that creeps in under your skin, into your thoughts and starts tiring your body is one that may develop into a disorder. Thanks for helping people facing anxiety issues.
