Hi, my name is Tati and I’m an overachiever with high-functioning anxiety. I can say that I have overcome my high-functioning anxiety because it is no longer controlling me negatively in the way it used to, but if there is one thing we know about anxiety, it never goes away 100%. That’s because anxiety can be a helpful emotion, so when it comes to high-functioning anxiety, part of managing it is understanding how it shows up for you, and knowing the practices that will help prevent you from going to a place of burnout, overwhelm, and overthinking everything while enhancing the superpowers you get from having high-functioning anxiety.
