This is a guided affirmations exercise for perfectionism to help you overcome your all-or-nothing ways of thinking if you struggle with a fear of failure, making mistakes, procrastinating, overthinking things, and being hard on yourself because of the desire for perfection in everything you do. When repeated regularly, positive affirmations help to rewire your brain and effectively change the way you think so you can overcome the limiting beliefs that go along with perfectionism. This will allow you to think more positively so you can stop self-sabotaging, feel more confident in yourself and your abilities, and begin thriving. I suggest listening to this daily for 30 days to get the most benefit and rewire your thinking.
